Dear customers, we would like to inform you that from March 13, 2023, we will resume construction work on all the developer`s construction sites. We also open the doors of the ENSO Client Space, in which we are resuming all customer service services.

First of all, the process of performing monolithic works will be resumed at the Diadans construction site. Recovery will take place with a gradual increase in the volume and types of construction works.

We expect investors to fulfill their contractual obligations under current contracts. The current calculated exchange rate for making payments for real estate objects from the ENSO developer purchased until February 24, 2022 on the terms of installments is UAH 30/$*. Please check with your personal manager for all details regarding payments and the formation of an individual payment schedule under your contract.

The company took into account the economic feasibility of restoring and ensuring business processes based on the forecasts of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the government regarding the course of events in the country in the near future. Based on the assessment of the overall situation, a decision was made to extend the temporary pause in construction works at the Poetica, Diadans, and Fjord construction sites.
